Air springs are highly engineered elastomeric bellows with specially designed metal end closures. The bellow itself is constructed from plies of cord-reinforced rubber. Special versions can handle loads up to 450 KN and can be designed into systems to utilize up to 355 mm stroke.
The standard Air Spring will operate in Temperatures from -37°C to 60°C, special compounds are available that operate from -54 to 60°C or from -18 to 124°C.

AIRSTROKE ACTUATORS :
are used primarily in place of pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders.

AIRMOUNT ISOLATORS: 

Due to the unique capabilities of Air Springs products, many applications are in use where the product is used for both ACTUATION and VIBRATION ISOLATION.

Airstroke™ actuators are used as a short stroke, high force, single acting pneumatic actuator. Its unique capabilities make it ideal for friction free, leak free, flexible force applications.
Airmount™ isolators are used to support and isolate external vibrations, or support a vibrating load and prevent its energy from disturbing the surroundings. System natural frequencies as low as 1 Hz can be accomplished.
